The following terms and conditions outline our Shipping Policy.
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after the order deadline and are then submitted for decoration.
Please allow approximately 3 weeks from the order deadline for your items to be completed and delivered. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays.
Orders shipped directly to your school, club, or camp are eligible for free shipping.
If you choose to have your order delivered to an address other than your designated school, club, or camp, additional shipping fees will apply. Shipping costs vary depending on the garments or products ordered, total shipment weight, and delivery location.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipment has been processed by the carrier.
At this time, we only ship within Canada and do not offer international shipping.
